Quest for Freshness... A Three-Part Series

As spokes"fish" for the Christ the Servant Fish Fry... I believe it is my duty to make sure that the chefs have the freshest fish available to them.  Scratch that... it is not so much a duty as a QUEST.  I brought the Codinal along... more for comic relief than anything else.  Check out part one of our journey below:  

Freshness is very important... because at Christ the Servant, we know people are picky about their fish. We also know that kids can be picky too... so we have lots of things they can eat.  Here's the Codinal with the Our Lady of Peace School (at Christ the Servant Parish) Kindergarten teacher and Lunchlady with more about Picky Kids:
